The Launch Kit Garage
Inkford: Build a Kit, Stay Calm
Inkford has a garage behind The Cozy Mercantile that looks ordinary until you open the door. Inside: shelves of labeled bins, a pegboard of tools, and a workbench with a sign that reads:
BUILD A KIT, NOT A CRISIS.
Locals call it The Launch Kit Garage—the place authors go when they want their launch to feel less like a last-minute kitchen fire and more like… a plan.
Because Inkford has noticed something about launches: Most authors don’t need more hype. They need repeatable assets, a simple timeline, and people who actually know how to help.
This week, we’ll meet three authors preparing to launch:
Rina, who makes 100 graphics and forgets to ask anyone to share.
Paul, who refuses to plan and scrambles the week of launch.
Zee, who builds a simple launch kit + partner plan.
By Friday, Inkford will remind us: A launch is repeatable—build a kit, not a crisis.
Tomorrow: Rina shows up with Canva tabs and no actual humans.

Sounds like exactly what I need: with no trouble creating, I lose it trying to deploy. My problem is deep-seated, so fingers crossed this will help! 🤞
